Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms govern your use of the xPay platform (the "Platform", "Service"), which provides access to IT products on a subscription basis. By registering for and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Platform.
2. Account
Accessing most features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Access to products is granted on a subscription basis for a defined period. Payment is made by transfer to the indicated details; access is activated after the payment is confirmed. Pricing and subscription duration are shown at checkout. Charges for additional instance resources are included in the renewal invoice.
4. Isolated instances
After your subscription is activated, an isolated instance of the product with a dedicated database is provisioned for you. You are responsible for the data stored in your instance. We reserve the right to suspend an instance for non-payment and to delete it after the grace period expires.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the infrastructure or other instances. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
