Ai-Fix is a Windows desktop app that turns troubleshooting into an ordinary conversation. You describe the problem in your own words, and a Claude-powered assistant gathers the system details it needs, works out the cause and proposes a concrete fix. Read-only diagnostic commands run on their own; anything that changes the system — registry, services, drivers, network — runs only after your explicit approval, with a plain explanation of what it does and why. The AI key is held on the platform server and never reaches your computer.
This is self-hosted software, not a service. After you buy a license, your own isolated instance of the application is automatically provisioned for you to operate yourself. We deliver a ready-made program for you to run your own service — we do not provide technical support, remote administration, or diagnostic services.
